Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. All shipments require signature confirmation and are fully insured.
Can I view the watch in person before I buy?
We operate primarily online, but private viewing appointments may be arranged for high-value purchases on a case-by-case basis.

Are your watches authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every watch we sell is guaranteed authentic, verified by our in-house team and/or certified by trusted third-party authenticators.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide a lifetime warranty on all timepieces, covering authenticity and mechanical function under normal wear.
What is the 110% money-back guarantee?
If a watch you purchase is ever found to be inauthentic, we’ll refund 110% of your original purchase price — our promise of integrity.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged watches in original condition. Please see our Returns Policy
Selling & Trading
Can I sell or trade in my watch with VIP Timepiece?
Yes. We actively purchase luxury watches and accept trade-ins. Contact us and our team will contact you within 24 hours.
How do I get an offer for my watch?
Send us clear photos, brand, model, reference number, and any documentation. Our evaluation team will provide a quote after review.
Custom Sourcing
Do you offer custom sourcing for specific watches?
Yes — whether you're looking for a rare reference or a limited-edition piece, we offer a personalized sourcing service using our global network.
How long does sourcing take?
Depending on the rarity and market demand, sourcing can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We’ll keep you updated at every step.
Payments & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure bank wire transfers. For high-value items, wire transfer is preferred.
Do you offer financing?
We do not currently offer financing, but we're happy to help structure secure payments for larger purchases. Contact us to discuss options.
