At VIP Timepiece, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the high-value and exclusive nature of our luxury watches, we have established the following Return Policy to provide clarity and transparency. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible (watches / timepieces) under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe

    • Returns for brand new timepieces must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (or purchase for in-store transactions)

    • Returns for brand pre-owned timepieces must be initiated within 4 calendar days from the date of delivery (or purchase for in-store transactions)

  • Condition

    • For brand new watch purchase: The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all protective stickers, tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., boxes, manuals, warranty cards) intact and undamaged.

    • For pre-owned watch purchase: The watch must be in its original listing and shipped condition, with all protective stickers, tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., boxes, manuals, warranty cards) intact and undamaged.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

  • Authenticity: The watch must not have been altered, resized, serviced, or tampered with in any way.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Watches that are custom-made, engraved, or personalized.

  • Watches purchased on sale, clearance, or as part of a special promotion (unless otherwise stated).

  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • Gift cards or other non-product items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the Watch: Securely package the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and protective materials. Include the RMA number and a copy of your proof of purchase.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a watch, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired watch, subject to availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a watch that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and will issue a full refund or replacement, subject to availability, upon inspection.

6. Warranty and Repairs

Our watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty, details of which are included with your purchase. This Return Policy does not affect your rights under the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. International Returns

For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes, unless the return is due to our error. Please ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and contact us for guidance before returning an item.

8. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not due to defects or errors, at our discretion. This fee covers the costs of processing and inspecting returned items.
